OUR PATH TO A STRONGER FAMILY
Our services are designed to be efficient, empowering, and centered on your family's unique needs.
We’ve developed "The Northwest Family Coaching Way"—a clear, step-by-step process that puts parents at the heart of the solution.
We help you find proactive solutions, address critical knowledge gaps, and foster healthy communication, just as we did for the parents struggling with their son, and the youth who needed a clear understanding of the school system.
INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY COACHING
This is our primary offering, designed to guide parents and youth toward stronger communication and connection. We start by understanding your challenges and then equip you with practical tools to resolve conflict and build healthier relationships.
This process is inclusive of parents every step of the way, focusing on swift resolution rather than long-term dependency. We aim to clarify misconceptions and provide the direct, actionable strategies that can bring about change, sometimes in a single session.
GROUP COACHING & WORKSHOPS
These accessible, skills-based programs are a perfect entry point to our coaching model. In a supportive group environment, we explore topics like parent-youth transitions, de-escalation strategies, and fundamental life skills (like healthy cooking or resume building, if relevant).
Using a unique blend of traditional coaching with music and movement, these workshops provide clear strategies you can apply immediately to better understand your child and empower your parenting.
